Thermostat housing torque spec for 4.6L V8?

Hey anybody have handy the torque spec for the thermostat housing bolts on the Explorer 4.6L V8? Is it 18ft/lbs?

it gives the value as 19Ft-Lbs, which is as close as likely doesn't matter.

Somebody please let me know if they think this site is no good, I've put allot of my truck together with it.
