Unless you find one used, you can't buy them anymore. Out of business.
BTF Fabrication makes them now, but 3" is too big unless you want to see how fast the stock suspension parts will fail.. Stick with a 2.25" front and 1.75" rear spacer and you'll be all right. Keep in mind that you'll actually get about 3" of lift from that setup due to the way the independent suspension geometry works. It will also level out the truck.
