Need advice

Everyone has their own "formula" for getting their vehicle looking great. I'm just curious if there is anything I can do to keep my Explorer looking great while at the same time protecting it as much as possible. I don't have a problem with spending extra time at it...just not sure what to do other than washing & waxing. The only "off-roading" it sees is fishing trips on old trails in Ontario, canoe trips, etc.

I would say just keep it clean, and keep a coat of good wax on it. Thats what we do to our cars and trucks. One thing though, try and get a coat of paint on your frame and suspension components. Our '02 is going on 2 years old with a little of 20k miles and is already starting to rust underneath.
