Need cheaper way to get backpressure

Is there a cheaper way to get the right amount of backpressure for my 302? I really don't want to have to spend $120 on Flowmaster 40's.

I've got the Mac intake, and I want to get a different exhast system put in, then I will buy the $350 performence chip from Apten.
