Need Help!1995 Stock CD System

UPDATE: Just talked to the Ford Dealership..they told me all will work, just the wiring harness would need to be changed.

I recommend that to look through Crutchfield, I have a 1995 and I replaced the stock radio/cassette with a sony cd/am/fm unit. Since then I have also replaced out the speakers with new Pioneers.
