I bought a Pioneer stereo kit from Walmart for my explorer, does a great job for what I want. My problem is I can't find the book that came with it and I need to set the clock in it. Had the battery disconnected while changing the tranny. Can any one help??

On my Pioneer (860mp) when the radio and CD player are off, you press and hold in one of the knobs (i think it is the right side knob) for a second and a menu will popup to change the clock

Try here and see if they have a product manual available online for your model receiver.

Yes while the unit is turned off, press and hold the Function (Func) key, that should bring you to the initial setup menu

Did the same thing with my Pioneer. Took me forever to find the book I now keep it in my glovebox. If none of the other posts help let me know and I'll check my book and post it tonight.

There isn't a manual listed on the Pioneer site for my model--I'm sure it's some special model # associated with a walmart set (speakers and cd player) But checking further on WM's website I did find just a cd player that looked similar, looked up the model and found what I needed to set my clock. Thanks!!
