need help getting bumper off

ok so here is the story... a friend of mine is co owners in "Old school cycles"
and about a month ago a ford explorer landed on the front lawn of the shop
well they waited for the owner to come and they never came so my buddy calls the cops, and to make a long story short the x was stolen and abandoned ... well there is alot of damage on it so the real owner is scraping it and this tow truck company took it well im gettin the front bumper and some other stuff..

my ? is first how do i get the bumper off, like wut size rachet and how many bolts and were are they located...

You have a 1997 xlt v8, can't you get under that vehicle and look?
 






ouch yes i could but see im at work with my other car and im leaving straight from work to go do this...instead of me goin through gas this place is right around the corner from work so i just wanted a little help....

and i want it to be a painless process

just grab a handful from say 9/16 to 7/8 - that should cover it - deep well if possible

It's most likely metric and probably around 19mm (Gen 1 bumpers are held on with 4 19mm nuts)
 






hmmmm ok well i guess im goin to ace hardware..( my other part time job) and im buyin a big set of sae and metric deep sockets ( i get 25% off all tools:) )
