I hear this sound coming from the drivers side

It only happens when i am moving an i can hear it at 20mph an under

It sounds like a whistle that pulsates

Idk if whistle is the best term to describe what i hear but it kind of sounds like the break indicators on the brake pads the sound they make when it is time to change them

But they would not be sounding unless i applied the brake correct ?

Already replaced the IAC no luck

Lift the tires off the ground to diagnose brake or suspension noise. GL

The pads can also make a noise similar when they have been used hard. But yeah jack it up and check because the brakes can make a noise when its time to change the pads.

Or if the pad slid away from the holder and is rubbing on something else

usually the sound of bad brakes are a squeeking squeeling "nails on the chalk board" sound. a whistling can be the very beginning of bad brakes. if its constant and doesnt increase as you apply brakes then i think it might be something else.

i like the others agree you should jack it up take off the wheel and look. grooves in the rotor and low pad material can be a culprit

my rig used to make a jingle whistley sound when driving near centre medians or curbs. turns out the front driveshaft's "tulip" was worn out and rattling, making a sort of "jingle bells" noise. the superlift front shaft made a great replacement for me.

mine had a grinding noise but the indicator for the pads was resting up against the rotor. the thing was that my brakes were just done and the pads were fine, it was my wheel bearings i guess making the wheel wobble? luckily i was in the shop finishing up my ball joints when my tires locked up, took the dust cap off and the wheel bearings just fell out and charred lol.
