I have searched, & I know there's supposed to be an unused groment. I know it's supposed to be there cause I used it on my 94 Sport I used to have. Now on my current XLT it is in use. I tore the whole pading underneith out & I don't have a gromment I can use. So Looks like I have to drill. Need to run 4gauge wire. Where would be best to drill so I don't hit anything. I was looking & there seems to be a spot below the master cylinder & to the left of the steering colum. I never drilled into a firwall before so I scared to drill into the wrong spot. Any suggestions on where to drill the hole? Also any recomendation on what size hole for 4 gauge?

What do you mean the existing gromet is in use?

The same groment that was unused in my 94 Sport 5 speed is now in use for the kickdown cable for my current auto. There is no other groment I can use.

The ebrake cable goes thru mine and I can still fit 2 gauge wire in it. Just open the grommet up a little more.

Yeah I used the same grommet, actually got 2 1/0 guage and a 4g through there....

You guys have different years too. I'll see if I can open that one up a bit more.
