Need Help!

I ended up getting my new motorcraft plugs and wires for my truck (2000 sport ohv motor) anyway i change out the plugs and wires and i go start it and BANG a ###@@n miss on cylinder 6. From the haynes book cylinder 6 is the rear on near firewall on drivers side, is that true????? I changed out that plug back to the old one and also the wire and the same thing a dam miss on cylinder 6. I cant belive this. I need to get this fixed so i can drive to work tomorrow. Can someone tell me if i am looking at the right cylinder?????

One more thing i did was i double checked the bolts on the intake manifold and i tighten them up a little. When i mean a little im talking about a hair of a turn. Do you think i have a intake gasket issue thats giving me the miss? Can that be possible???????

Update!!!

Well stupid me i went to tighten down the intake gaskets a little bit and it was not a smart thing to do. i ended up changing out the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets and BANG the truck runs great.
