first item looks very nice... seems like it would be better with new components and new bushings

the second item will def give u a horsepower gain, but not as much as a blower or a charger that mounts to the block... seems like itll be a help though

Seeing as most of the real centrifugal blowers spin at 35,000 rpms and up (some top out much, much higher) and have a compressor housing with 5X or more area, I really don't see this 8000rpm electric fan adding anything but turbulence. Stay away.
