Both of the front door handle trim pieces have torn off and I need some new ones. FORD wants $212.50 for new panels, but there has to be an easy fix here. All I need are the arm rests things....the rest of the panel is fine. Any suggestions?

i would go to a local junker. real cheap and odds are they will have exactly what you need. good luck.

No...saw them on ebay. I need the part where your forearm would rest, and the pull handle thing. Junkers here have none, so I'll have to check periodically I suppose. Thanks for the replies.

My friend has a 93 XLT with a busted handle and armrest, and he's stuck a wooden bar in the handle holes so that he can shut the door easily. It looks like crap but it does work for him.

Short of buying one at a junkyard, you could always make your own handle and armrest, although unless you're building a custom rig that's probably more trouble than it's worth...
