need new brake lines

brake line rusted thru by front tire wheel well, how do i replace them? any special tools needed? thanks.

any one have any info?? search the web and advance auto store and see that there are different size steel brake lines 1/4 inch and up in sizes?? what size is used on a 97 4x4 ex. with sohc engine? thanks plan on getting supplies to fix tomorrow

Most Ford Brake Lines are 3/16. You will need Unions after you cut the rusted lines. The Brake Lines use a Double-Flare for proper sealing.

thanks tried to search for info and pics of this repair but didnt find any!! i was planning to replace all steel lines for the ex. thanks for the reply is there any more links for this project??
