Need some help locating a part for my 10 explorer!

Hi! New here.. I need to know if you can help me out with this part for my new explorer, I live in Guatemala Central America and its not that easy finding Ford parts here other than the expensive car dealer. So I need to order it from the US but I do not know the name of the part. It holds the headlights in place and it sits in front of the radiator support, its made of some kind of fiber or plastic. I have tried locating it as a "bracket" but have had no luck, please see the attached pic for better view.. I need to know if this part is specific for the 06-10 generation or if the older one is the same, a part number would be great too!

Any input will be appreciated!

well that's what I thought but no it isn't. If you see the pic you attached it has the space for the hood hinge on it, so this is the METAL radiator support, what I need is the one in front of it, where the headlights are attached to, see my pic so you get what I mean... thanks for your reply!

In Ford engineering terms the panel is known as a GOR - Grille Opening Reinforcement. Here is a sample parts quote:
