need some help with dash lights

hey guys, new here. i just bought this 96 explorer sport everithing is like if it was new but one problem. the dash light do not light up. i have taken the dash out and replaced the bulbs but nothing. when i turn on the headlights the onli thing that dims is the radio, wich is also the only thing that lights up. what do you guys recoment ive checked all fuses and aere ok. maybe you guys know of a specific fuse i should be looking for, could it be the dimmer switch? please help me and thank you in advance.
