Well Wednesday I'll be picking up my 2003 Explorer Sport XLT Premium, Silver, 4x2, with moonroof and LS axle. I need to know what details I need to look over before accepting the vehicle to make sure everything is in perfect shape. Thanks.

Go over the finish, inside and out, with a fine tooth comb. Point out any defects before accepting.

Test drive and listen for rattles, etc.

Gaps, lines.
Push every button and switch in the whole thing. Move the seat all the way forward then all the way back.
Basically do every thing you might do over the next ten years.
