Need Suggestion for Suspension Lift

I'm looking to get as suspension lift for a 91 Ford Explorer Sport, and I need help in picking the lift. I'm relatively new at this, and I'm looking to get a good start on my ex. Any suggestions??? I ve seen lifts by superlift for 4" and 5.5". I'm not looking to go hardcore (yet). I mostly want the lift for weekend warrior stuff, I'm from New Mexico and rock crawling is the thing out here. Also, do you know where I can get skidplates & body armor for my Ex???

I have a 3" body lift, Warn hubs and a 1354 manual case cuurently installed, running on 31's.

I'd try to find a Skyjacker. They're made better than the Superlifts, and will hold up much better when wheeled. As far as body armor, you'll pretty much have to make your own, as no company makes them for purchase.
