The "easy way" would be to just buy new headlamp assemblies with the black plastic mounting/adjusting bracket attached.

Pop off the headlamp trim bezel with the reflector/signal attached, reach behind and detach the bulb socket from the side and front by turning, remove them completely, then unscrew the bolts around the housing to remove it from the body, get behind it and detach the headlamp socket harness, remove the old assembly, then either swap out the headlamp bulb retainer and bulb (or better yet, put in brand new bulbs to go with the new headlamps), then reverse the procedure to install. Adjust the aim.

You can install new housings on the old mounting brackets, but that's the hard way since you'll have to unscrew all the aiming screws from the old housings and put them back on the new housings, then do your best to get them in the same positions they were before, and you'll still have to re-aim them a few times afterwards.

Check rockauto.com for a new housing, they're pretty cheap, like $25 or so I think. I think a 5/16 socket is what you'll need to remove the housing from the vehicle.
BTW welcome and howdy neighbor, I live right down the road from you in Valencia

You will need to remove the grill as well to get the inner bolts. And if the lights have never been out before getting off the signal/marker light with the trim can be very hard to do without breaking something.
The actual procedure is not hard just take your time & go easy. 20 year old plastic can be brittle.
The screws at the top holding the trim on may also strip out or break from rot. You may have to find alternative screws. I had to both times I replaced mine.

Don't forget, anytime you remove/replace headlight housings, they MUST be aimed properly. Otherwise you'll be going down the road, blinding other drivers.
