need to replace radio

Hi everyone! Newbie here - with a dumb question.

I have a Pioneer 6-disc in dash cd player that has decided to go on strike and quit working.

I'm looking at an aftermarket Pioneer radio, but I'm unsure about something. I have 3 wire harnesses in my current radio and everything I'm looking at has one harness. Is there some sort of harness converter or do I need to try my hand at splicing?

Any help is appreciated--just trying to save a little $$ and do it myself (which usually ends up costing me more in the end...lol)

If you go to Crutchfield.com and enter your vehicle info, it will itemize exactly what you need to get to make your new choice of stereo's work. After a certain $ value ($130 I think?) they include them free of charge too.
