Need towing springs/air bags

I have an 07 with the 4.0 and class 3 hitch. I use it 99% of the time to carry my electric wheelchair. The chair + lift weighs in at 550lbs and it is all supported through the hitch. With this, my front end is 1.5 inches higher than the back and very very light. It kinda sways going down the highway at 75.

I'm getting this fixed the right way. I need the best assembly for this towing setup.

I've used AirLift brand suspension helper air bags on my previous car with good results. Stiffened up the rear for towing.
