I picked up a 1994 sport i am putting on 2.5 spacers and built rear shackles that will give 2.75" back there. now 2" body lift and i just finished taking the flares off the fenders and cut out 2.75 inches in the rear and then reinstalled the rear flares. the front i cut up 2" and cut the flare in the middle and used a piece of a flare off another 1st gen flare to make the flare longer(wider) so the back side of the flare is almost to end of the fender. then i took a propane torch and heated up the splash and molded it to go all the way back and meet up with the flare again il take pics tonite and get them on here. now with all this done what do you think will happen if i put 33x12.5 15 wrangler mtr kevlars under it

With the body lift, spacers, and shackles, you might be ok. Only concern would be at full lock, may have some rubbing there with the 12.5s. Shouldn't be anything too serious, though.

on my 92 ex sport i have 2' wheel spacers all the way around and i have gone off large rocks and never broke you still think rubbing would be a problem if i widened the whole thing 4' over all 2' each side

Be careful with spacers of that size on your front end. Large tires all ready stress the bearings and spacers magnify this issue.

Carefull as in wear and tear? I dont mind changing my bearings often but if it could break them without warning that might be a issue

Wear and tear.
Do some forum searching...even casual pursuing will show lots of issues with larger tire sizes and spacers leverages those problems. Even a 1/2" spacer will increase the stress not he bearings. You might strongly consider swapping to D44 knuckles and then you will be in much better position to stress the front end.
Just a thought to consider...
