Need Window Channel\Run Rubber\felt

Hey Everyone! I did some searching on this but not find much info on the window guide\run\track\channel. The drivers door window of my 2000 explorer is stuck. I pulled the panel and discovered that the part of the regulator that attaches to the glass was running into the window guide and ripping up the rubber\felt. The guide itself appears in good condition, I just want to replace only the rubber part that slides into it. I also plan on replacing the regulator which I believe is what caused the problem in the first place. My problem is that I cannot find that guide anywhere. I called one of my local ford dealer parts dept. and the guy quoted my $110 for the guide. Anyone know where I can get this part for a reasonable price or should I just go find a good one from a salvage yard? Hopefully I am explaining this right. I will try to post some pics soon.

local pick and pull for that. in process of replacing my regulator on my 2000. all bent up ( those motors will take your hand off if it got in the way) . the channel comes out easy.
