Hey guys, havent posted much recently, been on vacation and trying to catch back up at work.

I got around to putting my bull bar back on, but now I think its a little too excessive with the lights. I was even contemplating getting more Hellas for it at one point but I doubt I will go that route. So I was hoping to get some input whether to keep the bar or throw the tow hooks back on. I know my EF peeps wont let me down!

Heres with the bull bar:

And heres without the bull bar:

And of course if I do keep the bar I will HAVE to throw HIDs in them:

SO, keep it or toss it??

I think it completes the look. I say keep it.

ok heres a question that i used myself.... what is more useful? you have plenty of lights so you can see...

I took my bull bar off for the hooks...... more useful to me imo!

I vote with Rondo- it needs something up front to balance everything else out. I like the bull bar...

x2

and if possible somehow mount both the bar and hooks, or offer them for other EF members:D

One day..... My ex will look that badass. :notworthy

I say sell the bullbar and buy a brush guard with towhooks. Two birds, one awesome stone. Problem solved.

Can never be too overboard! Now lets see what this thread is about...

The bullbar looks way smexy, keep it!

I've got to agree with both, functional and look's damn awesome to boot!

Definitely have the bar - but if it were me, I'd get a bar that went a bit (or a lot) higher. Say, one that went up in front of the grill.

When I was first reading your thread and before I saw the pics my first thought was its gonna be to much. Now after seeing pics I say keep it!!!

x2 but if you dont wanna buy a brushguard at least keep the bull bar ... the rack on the top makes it scream for some attention up front ;)

nice truck btw. personally i have a bullbar with lites and i gotta say i really like the way ur truck looks with the bullbar. so i say keep it

keep the bar

it doesnt look overboard at all. i was thinking your ride was going to look all tacky, but it looks legit. if you still cant decide, i say its always good to side with functionality.

Not going to lie... that looks really nice. The color and mods work well together.

Leave it on finishes the look nicely

Looks good, I say keep it

I think it looks better with it but there is less functionality. If you take it off road the bar lowers your front clearance. I have smashed, dented and bent mine up several times. I'm considering removing it to add tow hooks, as there is no other way to be pulled out from the front.

If you don't do serious off roading, then leave it on. If you foresee ever needing a tow out of a mud hole or a rut, then hooks will be much better.
