Needing the help from the experts of the board about RIMS and TIRES

I just raised my explorer a 1/2 in in the front and 11/2 in the back.

I want to buy eagle 589 rims
Any suggest would be great if you could help me out with the with rim size and how big i can get the tires w/ out rubbing.

92...15x8 w/3.75 backspacing...may get a 31x10.5 without rub, 30x9.5 for sure...
