My negative battery terminal is becoming warped so bad that it doesn't hold tight on the negative terminal anymore. This is causing issues when I go to start the car up. I go to crank it, and get one click, all the lights turn off, than turn back on when I take the key off crank. I have to wiggle the terminal until I get the sweet spot and the car starts up. PITA, but not dangerous...until tonight. I was driving 40MPH in heavy traffic in the dark on icy roads, when I hit a minor bump that made the negative terminal move. Instantaneously, I lost my headlights, taillights, hazard lights, engine, and steering...in the left lane in heavy traffic on ice with no shoulder. I was fortunate enough to cruise in neutral into a parking lot and fix the problem, but I've had it now. I think the battery needs to be replaced, but while I'm at it I want to replace the negative battery terminal wire.

When I look online for a negative battery terminal wire for my year and model, I get no results. I have tried several different names, but have found nothing. Does anybody know the proper name for the cable that runs from the negative battery terminal to the engine block, have a part number, or know where I can find one?

Thank you.

I was looking for the whole cable with clamp rather than just the clamp itself if possible.

the negative cable comes with the positive as battery cables. dealer or google search. i dont know any after market retailers for them :( sorry
