you can get a 4 tube underbody kit from lowglow for $200 they claim to be the brightest in america, I have a set under mine (check my page for pics of this), I haven't had a lot of dealins with streetglow, but, they're good, I have 2 9" mini neons under my dash in the front, and 2 6"s under my seat in the rear.
If you get the underbody there are a few legal issues, some states don't like them, others, its fine, but, try and make sure they are proffessionally mounted and that the tubes aren't visible from most cars vision.. its hard to do, but factory running boards do a nice job
If theres no way to hide them, don't worry bout it too much, just make sure theres a switch.
Blue is a great color, but some say that its questionable because of it appearing to be an emergency vehicle (what? as if a cop drives around with lights UNDER his car, I think this is crazy).
I'll try to get the interior neon pictures up soon, they're hard to take pictures of, my camera is bad about light, but its a very nice personal/passenger mod.
