New ACM - Where can i buy it?

I having some trouble with my 2013 Ford Explorer XLT.

8" Screen entertainment only shows "Audio OFF" message and it won't let me turn it on. I can connect my phone, but I doesn't reproduce any sound.
Also yesterday the radio works like an hour and then it makes a weird noisy sound and dies again.

I have tried the Fuses (5,9 & 29) restart, the master restart and unplugging the battery and still not working. This car came with the basic audio system with Sync 2. I was trying to run de bezel diagnostics and on the AHU section didn't show any serial number for the ACM, so I'm having trouble finding it on the web.

So I was wondering if anyone knows the part number for this year and audio system and also where can I buy it? I live in Costa Rica so it would be better if it's new ACM. But I didn't find any on eBay or amazon, I'm not familiar with local stores.

I don't know with this information anyone could know the correct part number for this? If any else is needed please let me know.

Also, don't know if this helpful or not, but when running the speaker zone test, didn't came any sound from the speakers.

I call to the regional agency of Ford here in Costa Rica and they told me that the ACM only would cost me about $2300 and i have to wait 3 months. Yes, they are crazy.

But somehow I manage to found some guys in here that sell American car parts and he told me that he have some of those modules around $200 but I have to confirm if they fit on my car. I'm going to disassembly the radio and take out the ACM and confirm if it works. If not I would need to buy it in the US.

Hopefully tomorrow I will have good news on this.
