Ok, well i thought i figured out my problem last night, but i dont think i did... i have 12+v at the power and the remote, so they are fine, but last night i couldnt get it to ground to the ground it usually uses(weird) so i accidentaly set the amp on a piece of metal in the back and it turned on (grounded itself?) so i was like ok guess i just need a new ground, so i tried one more time with the same ground today and it didnt work, so before i found a new place i sat the amp on the same piece of metal and blew the fuse (doh) but i dont have any more 25amp fuses right now so i stuck a 10amp in it just to see if it would turn on... but now when i ground it to something or sit it on metal, the triangle light (lit red when on) comes on for about 2 seconds and then goes out... then comes back on for about 2 seconds and then back out.. and so on and so forth.. (i was just holding the ground on metal) so anyways, my question is.. is it doing this because the fuse is to small... or because the ground wasent actually bolted down and i was moving.. or something else????

Thanks for your help guys!!

For goodness sake, ground it properly and put the right size fuse in it. A good, solid ground is vital. I see way too many people ground to a seat bolt or something similar.

Use a short run of wire the same size as your power wire. Mount it securely to a bare metal part of the chassis (sand down any paint first). I prefer to use a ground boot bolted to the floor of my Ex.

You may have fried your amp.

ok im going to head out to get fuses now, and find a good ground and see if i can get this thing to turn back on.....

putting that 10 amp fuse in there is not a good idea... the fuse ratings are a minimum that should be in there and its suprising that the 10 didnt fry the amp

... And you should be disconnecting your power and remote wires before connecting anything else. You need a proper ground to the amp BEFORE connecting power and remote or the amp will go into protect or worse.

Actually, putting too large of a fuse is more harmful. A smaller fuse would just blow. A larger fuse won't blow when it should, and therefore won't offer the right protection. When in doubt, always start smaller and work your way up.

ok, well i got the right fuses in, got a new ground and the light still wont come on, but the weird thing is.. if i hook everything up.. and put a screwdriver in the screw for the ground wire and touch the case with the screwdriver it will power on and work..

wtf is going on?

Sounds like a problem with the ground connection at the amp itself. Likely a simple repair. I'd send mine off and have a pro do it, but if you know anyone who you trust to repair electronics, it could probably be fixed without too much trouble.
