Yes, it will. You can even get a chrome version of this guard. The chrome bumper is the exact same thing as the black bumper, only it is chromed.

No problems with mine. Didn't drill the 2 upper mount holes in the bumper, & it holds just fine. Although maybe for my needs. I don't go offroad except a dirt road here & there. I have done a 200 mile straight drive & back at 80mph, & several trips though a car wash, & the thing didn't come off.
