I accessed my codes, and I found these:
173- Lean on Bank 1
176- Rich on Bank 2
186- Injector bandwidth high or MAF low
332- EGR out of spec.
Still no codes as to why my TC is not locking up. The BOO switch is working fine now, and I checked the connector at the trans and even the brakelight bulbs in the Cyclops (was told a burnt bulb can backfeed).
I'm taking it to a shop tomorrow and let them figure it out.
