I have a paint chip on the passenger side that I was painted by the dealer. I missed it doing my walkaround when I go tthe car. Gonna mention it when I bring it for service next week. Doubt they'll be do anything about it, but it I figured I'd mention it anyway.

So pretend there IS moisture in the inside Mirror Marker Lamp on lower front of side mirrors (which I've seen in the floor models) when I pick it up - what is the proper response from the dealership? I would imagine they would just say, "that's normal. It'll evaporate after a few drives." I KNOW that's not right, but what is the proper response to that response?
...or any other malfunction/defect that I notice?

The dealer said exactly that to me with my passenger side mirror lens moisture.

I then took a picture and sent it to Ford Customer Service.

The deciding factor was when the moisture in the lens was sufficient enough to leave drops of water more then just a thin film.

At that point they have to replace it.
