Hey gang, glad to see such a large group of Ex owners together! I've been wanting this truck for 10 years and I finally was able to get one. Took some time to find just the right one with the options I wanted.
2003 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4x4

6 disc changer (not really useful anymore)
Rear DVD system
Fixes it will need:
Driver Door latch switch - does not detect the door being closed. Causes the lights to stay on an extended period after locking, doors lock 10 minutes after starting to drive, interior lights stay on for 30 seconds after starting to drive
Driver door lock switch - this works sometimes. It might be related to the above door latch switch. Only time will tell.
Rattle under the hood - not sure what this is yet.
Features to add (after fixes):
Bluetooth connectivity - will have this professionally installed so it's properly hidden and integrated. Don't trust myself and I don't have the right tools.
New shocks - the existing are good, but it's now 10 years old, probably time to look at an upgrade.
Rear hatch hydrollic - The window will raise, but has lost about 50% of the pressure, so it needs some help and doesn't open all the way.
Paint - Some of the EB paint has chipped away. Will have it repainted.
