I was as patient as I could be. Once I found out it had been in the city for three days and the dealership never called, I was wanting to see it. Finally got the call yesterday that it was ready. After dealing with horrible customer service (at the dealership), I'm glad I have it in hand.
A huge thanks for Cody, here on the forums with keeping me posted on my order status and the folks answering the phone at Ford customer service. you guys were awesome and a huge help. I just wish the dealership had the same service.
Saved several thousands by ordering. Just didn't need the extra nick nacks.
