Welcome to this forum! Lubricate the throttle body with WD-40 in the place where the cable moves the arm. As for the other issues, take a look around the site. I'm sure that you will find a lot of threads with useful information.

Welcome to the site. :wavey:

The radio fix is a very common problem, search "Radio display fix" (Im not sure what the thread is called, but that should bring it up in the results).

Those pieces for the seat are hard to come by, nobody doing a part out (understandably) wants to rip part of the seat apart to sell it, and I have yet to see one in the junkyards.

Get creative with some zip ties, I managed to get mine to stay straight and securely in place with some small zip ties, using the original mounting points.

Thanx for the replys guys... i cleaned throttle body plate with carb cleaner thanks!! works great... will look up the radio fix and for the seat fix great idea on zip ties... it think i can dream up something there... as the panels thems sleves are in great shape...cool site you have here

Do you have climate control or manual heater control? If you have the auto climate control it will vary the speed of the blower automatically.
