Afternoon all,

I'm new here, I found this site while searching the internet for Explorer Problems. I hope maybe here, someone can help me.

I own a 2002 Eddie Bauer edition purchased 6 months ago. I really liked until now.. Hope I can find some answers here, since the dealership is less than helpful.

Hi, thanks. I'm not sure what I can do about it. The dealer said I didn't purchase an 'extended warranty".. But none was offered as i was told "as is". I think I'll invoke the "search" button and see what I can find. Thanks!

Thanks for the welcome. I've already found some good info so far. Filed a complaint with Ford.. not sure how far that will get me.. but.. I'm trying.!
