I just picked up a 2002 explorer with:

79K miles
4.0L V6
4X4
leather
3 rd row seat
rear ac/heater controls
a few other things, I just can't think of them now...

Any tips for keeping this baby running good??????

in-line external trans filter ($30) will probly be the first thing everyone tells you. look up any tsb's that apply and check for recalls. other than that things last longer when not abused, so keep it away from kids.

I will check for recalls now. Where can I look up the TSB's?? I don't plan on abusing it, I actually plan on just making it look nice...

so keep it away from kids.

LOL. No offense to anyone that is in love or married. I am single and enjoying it....LOL No kids in the anywhere near future...
