Hello my name is Justin I recently purchased a 97 XLT 4x4, it has the 4.0l with auto tranny. 223k on the odometer, googled ford explorer and found your forum. So far I have found it very usefull for wiring diagrams, suspension and tires, and overall info on the explorer.

Thanks, according to the origional owners manual in the glove box, it was purchased in Vancouver, Canada and somehow found its way to Florida. So it does have a bit of rust underneath and behind the chrome bumpers.

Oh....so does the speedometer have big speed rating in Kilometers and the mph in small print?

She looks clean as. Welcome to the forum, and having clicks on the speedo is a good thing, makes it sound faster! Damn you beat me on that post looks like mph is faster.
