New guy on the block

I am new, i own a 2001 ford ranger 4.0 supercab 5-speed. has some mods done to it, but nothing new, i would like to get into bigger and better things. Ideas?

i would like to get more power out of it, and also, what should i do about an intake? i have a dual exhaust. i want to tint it, and chip it as well.

One of the members on this forum with a 4.0 sohc explorer got like 20 RWHP by putting one a electric fan and taking off the manual fan. he also had a mac cold air intake and a cat back exhaust.

ok, thanks. i mean i know some about rangers, but the more and more i look into things i dont know much. so i am interested to learn, andthis is how. thanks. do you know what the price would run?

The link I posted has all that info it you go that way. I personal went with a mark VIII fan I pulled out of the junk yard. As it only cost me 15 buck. But then you need a fan speed controller. That cost me around 100 bucks.
