Hello, I have a 02 ford explorer xls, recently my o/d light has been flashing and the shifting from 1st to 2nd is delayed, or I have to let off the gas for it to shift. Pulled the codes and it said pressure control solenoid b. After doing some research, I came up with needed to replace the solenoid block. Did that today, changed the solenoid block, trans filter, and new ATF. Put it all back together, take it for a test drive, and same problem still exists. So I was wondering what else it could be?

Thanks for the help.

doing a bit more research looks like it might be the o/d servo, where can I buy a new one and what are the steps to replace this?

You could try the aftermarket servo with the O ring. The only other option is to remove & rebuild the transmission, and resleeve the servo bores. The servo with the O ring has good reviews from other members on this site.

Ouch that's pricey. Just scanned it again and the was p0775.

Would just replacing it with the factory servo fix it?
