another new guy here. i live near fieldon il and i just purchased a 96 explorer xlt with 133000 miles. it has some issues but hopefully nothing too serious. i also own a 99 ranger 4 door with 120000 miles which ive had since 2000, my father gave it to me with only 3000 miles on it. i also have a 2000 escort zx2 with 225000 miles on it and still runs great. you just cant beat a ford can you. i do not and will not own a foreign car, just puttin that out there. my other toy is a 66 cj5 which i am still restoring. oh yeah i have a wife and 16 year old son who has been putting a lot of miles on the ranger. he is an up and coming musician so the explorer will be hauling his equipment. thats all for now. looks like a great site for information.
