Hello, I'm new, and I'm having some trouble with my Explorer. Any help would be appreciated. Also I'm sorry if this is in the wrong spot.
I just bought my explorer in August. It had been sitting 3 years, give or take a month or two. They had kept it running and gas in it, but it was still "parked". When I got it home I replaced spark plugs, wires, front brakes, tires, air filter, oil and filter, and new gas. Lately it has started to run rough again, rough idle, and kind of loud. It started knocking yesterday so I checked the spark plugs. They were corroded again (they were extremly corroded when I changed them), like they are fouling out, also the check engine light comes on and goes off at random times. I've had it checked and the codes for KOEO were 211 214 332 336. The codes for KOER were 172 336.
I was wondering if anyone could help me, please. Several people say its the oxygen sensor, exhaust, or just vacuum leaks. I don't know and would like a second opinion so I can have my mechanic look at it. Instead of giving him several dead ends.
Thanks so much. Any help or advice would be great.
