New here, 2020 explorer with water leak? Mold smell :(

Hey I’m new here. I’m from Minnesota and I’m joining to try and solve a water/mold problem with my 2020 Explorer. Hoping y’all have some good ideas for fixing the issue. The dealership claimed the AC condenser froze up and dumped a bunch of water into the floor mats and charged quite a bit to replace a seal back there, which did not solve the problem.

Did you take it back to the dealership to let them know the problem is not fixed?

No. I felt a bit ****ed over by them. I’m worried they’ll charge me even more to not fix the problem.
