Looks interesting!

Interesting tread..

The way that tread looks, I bet they are going to be loud as sh**

It's interco, so it'll have some noise, but I bet they won't be as loud as my bogger! :D
Pete

Interesting that you posted this. On my way home today I spotted a toyota truck while sitting at a stop light that had some funny looking tires. When I went by it I noticed the letters trxus on the side and I had never known about them until now. As for noise, i didnt hear them b/c i had my windows up and the truck was just pulling away from a stop.

wow...thats a funky design.. wonder how they perform. kinda has a spooky halloween look.

man, i thought i posted this about a year ago for you guys. well, anyway, we got a set and they turned out to not be half as impressive as people talked them up to be. they are not noisy, and run pretty smooth, but are very soft and won't last probably more than 30k! which is a lot, but i've seen boggers go 20k. the sidewalls are also not nearly as strong as they should. you can actually push the center of the wheel, while they are mounted and on the truck and feel it move. the tread is still more aggressive than a bfg or pro comp, but i wouldn't buy recommend to anyone over an MT/R. take it easy- russel

Got any pictures of them on your truck?

i'll see what i can do about getting some. they look good, but not really 'oversized'.

Cool, thanks. How big were the ones that you got?

it's actually my buddies that their on. he ran the 285's. their the equivilant of like 32's. they look really good, but i don't think i would like them if they were any bigger. just kind of like bfg's any bigger than 33's. just a preferance i guess.

are you planning on running these on your rig? if your like and half and half, on and offroad riding, then i think you'll pleased. just don't expect to get the performance or strength of an SX.

Olivesman,

I could be wrong, but according to the interco web site, the all terrains haven't even come out yet. All of the sizes listed say "coming soon." Maybe you are referring to the Trxus MUD terrain. If not, maybe they have already come out in your part of the country. I don't know, just an observation.

Olivesman - I wasn't really planning on running the, but I was just curious in case they ever came up in a conversation, it'd be nice to act like I know something about 'em : )

well, i put my foot in my mouth once again. sorry guys. i didn't click on the link and just assumed that you guys considered the TRXUS an all terrain b/c they're kind of a woosy m/t. anyway, i've got the pic's of my buddy's truck, but they are just the M/T's and not the new ones. sorry if i started something ROB. that was a good find. 44x21's !!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's huge.

sorry again guys- russel

Olivesman,

You should show the pictures of the other tires still. I would love to see them on a explorer. I want to get them as my next set of tires.

those are some cool looking tires.

I have a set of the 285/75/16 mud tires that will be on my truck this weekend I hope. I have only a torsion twist and shackles but I will try to fit them anyway. I have 265/75/16 right now and they are no where close to rubbing---even offroad.

Will post pictures.
