hello, as you can see my name is anthony, and i own a 1997 ford explorer xlt 5.0 awd.
i bought it in 2002 with a little over 80k miles on it for $9k. it now has a tad over 173k miles on it, and has had the usual suspects of high mileage items replaced. water pump, alternator, starter, hoses, belts, pulleys, radiator (twice), and now the cam position sensor is making that screeching noise, so it looks like that will be next on the list of things replaced.
speaking of that, can anyone tell me what the ford part numbers are for the cam position sensor that i will need?
i am a union plumber for local 14 in jersey city, and i race motorcycles on the weekend.
