Greetings,
Never posted on a forum but here goes. I have 186,000 miles on my 01 Explorer Sport and it has treated us well. However, a month ago the transmission started misbehaving. It would slip out of gear during slow turns in the neighborhood but then progressed into acting up on the highway. Took it to the dealer and got a fresh (rebuilt) transmission (with a three year unlimited mile warranty). After two weeks the vehicle is experiencing shift shudders and slippages. We are going back to the dealer tomorrow to give them another try. Any thoughts...thanks
