New member just saying hello.

Hi there this is my first ever forum post so bear with me. I am obviously a new member but have been on this website many times. I am currently doing research so I can build a bad explorer. I have saved enough money to buy one now and I have been slowly aquiring parts such as beadlocks, tsl's, gears, lift, and a hp d44 straight axle to mention a few. Any way happy to join and look forward to learning more from the people who seem to live and breath explorers. thanks

Found My Explorer

I just found the explorer I have been looking for. its a 97 v8 AWD that runs and drives well. the price only $500.00. Apparently it was a vehicle that went into default on a loan years ago but was never found to be reposesed until now. the bank has written off the loan but they said the vehicle could only be sold for parts. so with out being able to licence the vehicle and without a title it is the perfect platform for my project as it will not be street legal with my beadlocks anyway. I am going to pick it up in the morning. its about a five hour drive one way so I hope it is not a bucket of bolts, because that would suck. anyway try to keep you guys posted.
