pretty much tweaking the diesel engine for more power.

there is a event called Smoke on the Mountain
At the end of October a large group of diesel trucks ( mostly powerstrokes and cummins) meets up at the Spiffys restaurant at exit 69 off I-5 and then convoys up to Mt.St. Helens
