Just Purchased 2003 Sportrax and wanted to be in contact with other owners. Returned to Ford after selling my 49 coupe in 1970. Also my first vehicle to use as a truck. Age and residence do not allow me to work on own truck; but would like to keep it looking good and adding extras. My wife and I live in Surrey B.C. Happy to have found this site and look forward to becoming a member. My first car was a 40 Ford 2door sedan, locking steering wheel. During the late 50's in Arlington Va. worked on and drove souped up flatheads and belonged to a car club called "Gear Grinders". Still have Jacket and Plaques. In those days we used to run on "H" Road (Pentigon Strip}between Arlington and Alexandria. I beleive its now highway 101.Early American Graffitti. Nothing better than running a 3/4 race flat head on a damp September night.
