G day. Just joined the forum today in the hope that i can obtain some answers to the questions that our local dealers do not want to answer. Also would like to here words of encoragement about owning an explorer as here in australia thet are not well accepted. My unit was bought new in 1998 by my wife & myself it has travelled through out this country towing both car trailers & caravans with no real problems so far . As it has little resale value we will keep it until it stops alltogether .. The car is an xl , push rod v 6 4 ltr. Galled gordon (long story). Hope to hear from some of the forum members soon ..
