2000 Ford Explorer 5.0 AWD used to tow 4 wheeler trailer 60 miles to camping area once a month.
Have battery drain problem Isolated to GEM module. Eliminated drain by removing 7.5A fuse location 25. Question: Can I operate the vehicle safely with this fuse removed?
Did discover wipers inop, also dome light.

I believe your wipers will still run low and high speed but no intermittent without the GEM.

The GEM controls nothing that would pose a safety risk.

Thanks for your input. ran out to Explorer and tried manual function on
wipers. Still no wipers.
